On February 17th, we participated as a partner company in the Masterclass by Architecture Insights, hosted at the Rizoma Architetture studio in Bologna.
The event brought together professionals from the real estate, innovation, co-working and construction sectors for a discussion on one of the most current issues in the Italian real estate and design landscape: convergence between student housing, co-living, co-working and new forms of hybrid hospitality and a multidisciplinary table which saw the participation of Patrigest, Emilbanca, Talent Garden e Currie & Brown next to Rizoma Architecture, a Bologna-based studio with a decade of experience in designing integrated spaces open to the city.
From the comparison a clear picture emerged: theThe market demands buildings with high energy performance, high acoustic and environmental comfort, flexibility of spaces and above all certain times and costs.. Requirements that large institutional investors set as an essential condition for income-generating operations with medium- to long-term time horizons.
